- Users are allowed to link to the material uploaded to any auction site,
blogs and forums.
- Yesalbum.com reserves the right to remove any uploaded files and accounts without warnings
- Yesalbum.com collects IP addresses when files are uploaded.
- Yesalbum.com has the right to suspend access to any files for anybody
- Yesalbum.com is not
responsible for any actual and/or potential loss in any kind to users under
any circumstances.
